How can I exchange my repeater?
I want to exchange the repeater you sent me because after over a year of use, it now constantly emits a loud screeching noise, even though it still works. Unplugging it and plugging it back in doesn't fix the problem.
I've tried your chat assistant, and it was UTTERLY USELESS, repeatedly asking me which new service I wanted to purchase. I tried your voice assistant, and it insisted that it must restart my modem before I could talk to a person, which is TOTALLY IRRELEVANT. And this support website is so horrid I can't even scroll up and down: the only option after a search is to jump to the bottom and back to the top of a long page, skipping everything in between!
I really don't want to have to drive to the store for this, but it's looking like I'll have to. Is there any other option?
