How can I elevate our connection problems?
I live in a condo complex and our service goes out 4-5 times per week. Sometimes it is 10 minutes sometimes it is hours. This has been going on for 6 months! It always has the same pattern - you lose your connection momentarily a few times and then it goes down altogether. You use the Xfinity app to report an outage and it tells you there is no outage. Then, 30 or so minutes later you get a text telling you there is an outage. If you speak to a customer service rep, they will gaslight you and tell you the problem is at your connection, meanwhile all your neighbors are having problems also. It usually takes place in the afternoon. I work from home so this is a real problem. This is so frustrating.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
