How can I contact the maintenance/construction department at comcast?

We have been trying for over two months to get comcast fiber at our new construction home in a well established neighborhood. Our neighbors (on both sides) are connected, however, after scheduling an installation pro to come hook up the home twice now they've both said that the pole does not have enough ports to connect to, and that maintenance (or engineer or construction) need to upgrade the box on the pole to support an additional home connection. I've driven to our local Comcast store twice to try to resolve the issue with no luck. I've requested a manager reach out to me as soon as possible after every interaction and still have not received a single call (4 manager call requests). I just got off an hour phone call with customer service and after getting transferred to 5 different people, finally spoke to someone who cared enough to talk through the issue with me and although she wasn't the correct person to talk to, she did make a note in my file. At this point, I'm not sure what they’re waiting for but the run around we have been getting is ridiculous. I have never experienced such incompetence. Any help is appreciated.

user_lhrn0y Hello there, and thank you for taking the time to reach out to our Xfinity Forums Team regarding the rest of the construction needed to get services started. With how much we use internet these days, I can see how this would be frustrating. I'd be happy to check the ticket issued, and provide any updates, or what the next step is. Since I'll need to gather some account details, please send a Direct Message with your name and service address.

Click "Sign In" if necessary.
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.

You're not alone, I'm the original post creator and another month has gone by with absolutely no updates, or any hope of this issue getting resolved in the near future. It's wild to me that after being a customer of theirs for over 10 years, and simply moving to a new property, they couldn't care less about our business. I think it's time to look into alternate providers...  RWZCD7, I wish you better luck than we've had :)

@XfinityEva Construction [Edited: "Personal Information"]  I am being told I have to pay $5000 to run the cable to the house from the road, this is absurd, why do I have to pay to run your company lines and THEN pay every month to use the line?  Is there someone I can talk to about this?
