How can I contact the IL owners?
How do I get to the president of this company I've been overcharged for the last 12 months hundreds of dollars xfinity internet can't help me until xfinity Mobile fix there issues and xfinity Mobile agreeded yes we charged u for 4 active lines and paying forn 3 device but after looking you only have 2 active device and paying for 3 lines
I never asked for insurance for any lines but each month I was charged for phone insurance even the phone lines that were deactivated with no calls or messages under its profile
I was charged for device care/ insurance
Comcast xfinity supervisor connected me to a rep in the mobile department today and after holding 3 hours for the rep to go through each billing statement he said sorry I can only credit your account $20
And I need to pay an additional $50 before my service are disconnected
How can I contact the owners of Comcast xfinity internet and mobile services
