how can I contact Comcast construction directly
I live in a new construction and have been trying to get someone from Comcast xfinity to come out to bring whatever they need to bring from the street to the building, for a month now. I have spent hours on the phone with xfinity customer service, and was actually somewhat successful in getting Tim Wagner from Comcast Construction to come by the townhome. He gave me his card and number and I have since left three voicemails over the last two weeks to find out where we are in the process and have received no call back or response. I have literally spent hundreds on cellular data boosting because I cannot get a response for someone to help me. When I call the regular xfinity number they tell me all they can do is send a tech out, that they can not contact xfinity construction. When the tech comes out they tell me I need to contact xfinity construction but no one is responding. I can’t keep going through this loop. I would like to have internet and have no one to help me.

Hey, @user_be285b! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I hope you are doing well aside from the issues you are having with trying to get a hold of Tim. We can certainly have a look into this and see what we can do to help. Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon and enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?
