Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello @user_mtm4p9 You should have received a confirmation email after submitting the order within 15 minutes. If you have not received an email we could check on our end what we show for your address.

@XfinityMatthew I checked on my upcoming statement and it mentions "Includes a 60 month $30 Guarantee Discount that will end on in 2031", I am assuming that it must have went through but would it be possible to receive a confirmation email for my records?

@user_mtm4p9 I won't have a way to resend the confirmation email. But if you'd like me to double-check everything on the account I would be happy to do so and confirm everything with you. Send us a direct message with your full name and service address if you'd like us to do that.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
