How can a live chat tell you one thing and then a person on the phone tell you something else?!

I can’t get into connect with a live chat agent at all after one time!!! Then when I call the customer support number, they can’t even see your transcripts with a live chat agent to know what you’re even talking about. I need a live agent to contact me today.
