How are we supposed to provide feedback to Customer Support?
I don't see any links. If you claim you are listening to customers, you need to provide easy ways for them to give you feedback. AFAIK, its really difficult.
Ex: Xfinity Assistant is broken. it goes around in circles with this input: X1 tv apps I failed to info on Netflix and YouTube, wasted alot of time.
You'd think you'd want to know about that.
