How am I supposed to print a return label for a device if my device doesn't show up to select for returning?
Hi there, I'm quite frustrated. I am trying to return my rented modem at a UPS store, easy peasy, I've got a box, etc. Everything is telling me to go to equipment return and select the device I am returning to print the label, but... No dice. Nothing shows.
