How am I at 90% of my internet usage in less than 15 days!?!?!?!

I received a text a few minutes ago that my home internet usage is currently at 90% for the month of September.  For some reason, I was charged overage for June and July as well, HOWEVER, nothing has changed in our home usage.  We work from home and have used the same devices Monday through Friday for over 3 years!  We have 3 mobile phones and 4 TV set top boxes that aren't even used during work hours.  I need to know what is causing the sudden uptick when NOTHING has changed on our end.

I've attempted to speak with a representative to no avail!  The 8773389791 and 8009346489 numbers don't give the option to speak to a human and none of the options provided are beneficial to my issue.  I have been given the option to upgrade my internet though! **eyeroll**
