@ComcastBrie how do I apply for this credit? We lost service Monday and although we have power and have rebooted my modem multiple times I still do not have service. Is it possible to get a credit? I would also like to know if I need to bring in my modem and swap it for another one. One last question when will Comcast activate the WiFi 6 protocol in these modems?
