Houston storm, 10+ days with no service

This has been absolutely unacceptable. This has been the only internet provider that lost service during the storm, and it's STILL out. The fact that you can't even get a credit for NON WORKING INTERNET is an absolute joke. There has been no communication, no update as to status, and even false messages saying that service has been restored. You can call any number and you get an automated message that gives you no insight as to any timeframe for this to be fixed. An answer would be wonderful.

user_8kekkf - We hope that you stayed safe during the recent severe weather.  Our crews continue to make repairs to our network as affected areas are declared safe and power is restored. Even if your home has power, the Xfinity network serving your neighborhood may not. We appreciate your patience and are working as quickly as we can get your services back up and running. We appreciate your patience and are working as quickly as we can to get your services back up and running. To help everyone stay informed you can get more information here, (https://texas.comcast.com/alerts/), (https://www.xfinity.com/support/status), and by using the Xfinity app. An updated time of resolution will be shown using the Xfinity app, or Status Center when available. The times shown are an estimate and may change. If you register your mobile number in your account you can receive text alerts when services are restored. Thank you for your continued patience during this time.

@XfinityThomasA There IS no estimated time. I'm already set up to receive messages but the last one I've gotten was the one telling me that service was restored when it wasn't.
