Houston Outage

I am trying to figure out when I can expect to have my services restored, but I keep getting this message: Due to the outage in your area I'm unable to get you to an agent or troubleshoot. I apologize for the inconvenience. Our technicians are working hard to resolve the issue now.

I work from home and need to be able to provide some type of feedback.
