Houston internet outage

8 days without internet since the storm. I have power. There has been ZERO UPDATES on when internet will be restored. I have their app and tells me they can't put me in touch with an agent.i have checked status center and the app, nothing. Xfinity has dropped the ball same as Centerpoint. I advise everyone to switch like I'm going to asap.

  •   Click the "Direct Message" icon
  •   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  •   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •   Press Enter to send it

Don't expect much from these people. My internet went out last Sunday and now it is Wednesday (10 days), with no response. I asked for any kind of update....Time frame, reason, SOMETHING....nope all they have is it will be up as soon as possible....people are working overtime!! funny....I've seen maybe 2 trucks in a week.
