Houston hurricane

The hurricane was 7/8 and I never lost service through out the entire storm until yesterday 7/14! What the heck is going on? The outage tracker says crews will return once the weather is safe but there is nothing wrong with the weather! It’s been safe for a week now! This is not an outage due to weather, something fishy is going on. I work from home, my job requires a wired internet connection and I do not play about my money. I need answers and compensation for my lost wages!
