House phone won’t ring landline goes straight to voicemail can’t get ahold of help to fix one week now

- Call Waiting temporarily canceled: Call Waiting can be disabled so incoming calls go directly to voicemail; it’s restored when you next pick up. To re-enable, pick up the phone or cancel the temporary cancelation.

- Spam Blocker settings: High-risk calls are blocked, medium-risk sent to voicemail, and low-risk may be filtered by an audio CAPTCHA; check and adjust Spam Blocker settings in your account.

- Line not fully disconnected: If a prior call (including voicemail or IVR) wasn’t hung up fully, the line may remain busy and route new calls to voicemail; hang up completely to clear.
