House Fire

Today my home caught fire on the back half, we still live in the house but the internet box outside is completely melted.

I have called 3 different Xfinity numbers and tried using the Xfinity Assistant and I can't get someone on the phone to replace the damaged box. I work from home and a Cspire employee on the scene thankfully replaced the damaged wire (we have kids next door) and that fixed the internet issue but the box is completely melted and all the components are exposed. It's really frustrating to go through something traumatic and be unable to get any assistance to repair the damage caused by a fire we had nothing to do with and then to rely on a different service completely to actually follow through and help.
