Hotspot

Why can’t I get on an Xfinity hotspot?  I’ve signed in. I’m having to use my AT&T hotspot instead of my Xfinity and they charge me if I go over.

Hello, teejay41! You can use the hotspot finder to find an Xfinity Hotspot near you. The Xfinity hotspot map allows you to search for hotspot locations by address or use the interactive map to find nearby hotspots. This map is also available in the WiFi tab of the Xfinity app for Xfinity Internet subscribers.

We can help, teejay41 - Are you receiving an error code or message? If you downloaded the Xfinity WiFi Hotspots app you will receive the error “Wi-Fi profile management has been disabled” when trying to automatically connect to WiFi. To correct this issue, delete the Xfinity WiFi Hotspots app and download the Xfinity app, which helps you quickly find nearby hotspots.
