Hotspot issies

Hi. Everytime I try to connect to xfinity hotspot I get an error. I already went through chat trouble shooting about 2 weeks ago and I was assured it’d be fixed in two hours because the issue was escalated. This obviously didn’t happen. I think my account is confused because I used to have multiple addresses (paying for multiple) under my username and now I only have one address I’m paying for. I think the system is confused that when I cancelled my other address it thinks my whole account isn’t active. I have no problem with my at home internet. It works fine. Connects fine. I only can’t connect to xfinity wifi hotspots. I put my un and pw in and get an error. Please help. This has been going on forever and I’m exhausted

Hi- it is none of these issues. It won’t even let me log in. I try to log in and get an error. I’ve checked everything that you’ve listed.
