Hospitality service of Xfinity

I really appreciate the hospitality of your company Xfinity inviting people to participate with your services. Yet when it comes to receiving help from Xfinity with the migration of our email to Yahoo it was very poor hospitality. There was a sign on the door saying that's the name of the call sorry we can't help you. When I call that number they say to get back with Comcast. So obviously this has been ongoing for years, not giving your employees the necessary information to navigate anyone to fix certain simple problems. I just wanted to say that your hospitality of invitation to participate with your products is great. But your follow through with helping the people with problems is Sub-Zero to the max.

user_e0zsuh Hello! Thank you for sharing with us the trouble you are having with the migration to yahoo email. I'm terribly sorry to read of the trouble you have had with the migration and with the support that how not been available. I know email communication is crucial to our every day lives so it's important that we try to assist in any way we can to make sure the email is working correctly for you.
If you have migrated your comcast.net email over to yahoo, the best help area I have found for my own migration is here
If you have not migrated yet, you can find some key points of the migration here. However, migrating is not mandatory, so if you wish to keep your comcast.net email address as it is before migration simply keep accessing your email as you normally would.
What issues are you seeing with your email? Have you completed the migration yet?
