Horrific Internet and Customer Service
I have never seen a company so incapable of getting their customers answers. I just spent 90 mins with the billing department, only to have them transfer me to the technical team, which was really just a recording that automatically hung up on me. It's truly incredible to see such horrible customer service. There is a major internet speed issue with the XFinity lines outside and has been that way for 8-12 months, per their technical agent, yet they are still OK charging me full price for the 1GB speeds that are completely unattainable. The best credit offered was $15. Please have a supervisor with a brain contact me immediately.
