Horrific customer service.
I would like to express my extreme displeasure and disappointment with Xfinity. Your service and support suck so much. I was on the phone for hours and they did nothing for me. I was escalated to a supervisor who just parroted the same thing as the agent after waiting on hold for them. I have to jump through hoops and wait for hours to get someone on the phone. You really don’t care if you lose customers. Astounding to me. Worst company ever.
