HORRID SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
I pay $100 a month for 800Mb/s and at most get 400MB/s and I have the [Edited: Inflammatory] App telling me that Im getting what I pay for. I have run mayn internet speedtests, and paid for a few too, just to see, and the highest speed I have gotten back is 423Mb/s upload and an unforgiveable 13Mb/s download. I have my internet go down twice a week at minimum and I have the app that [Edited: Inflammatory] created telling me that its up and running and everything is fine. This review is coming after 5 modem restarts tonight, and multiple unfulfiled promises of things getting better from [Edited: Inflammatory]. I work from home and am kicked out of meetings multiple times a week from the iternet not having high enough speed to keep in the [Edited: Language] meeting. I live in the boonies and was told that you were better than anyone for where I live but am not seeing anything that compares to "next best" competitor. This is the [Edited: Language] internet that I have ever had in my life and your [Edited: Inflammatory] keep telling me that it's just cause I live in the boonies....then why the [Edited: Language] did you promise me that youd be perfect for where I live? Either give me what I pay for or tell me that you cant meet my needs and I'll be on my way.
