HORRIBLE

Imagine moving in 4 days ago, being told the FIRST available tech appt is today from 4-6pm. Receiving a call at darn near 6pm and being told he's "running late". Then calling FOUR separate times and being told FOUR separate times "he's 10 minutes" away. It's not almost 8pm and then being told NO ONE IS COMING AND I CAN BE RESCHEDULED TOMORROW!!! Are you kidding me?! I work from home and have missed now 3 days of work because I have no internet. As a loyal customer over 10 years, I wish there another option of service in my area. I'm disgusted.
