Horrible!

Why do you not have live agents to talk to!? Your automated system is horrible!!! Xfinity should upgrade their automated technology to SOUNDHOUND AI! I should start shorting comcast stock 🐳 Provide better customer service!!!

@XfinityBenjaminM​ well I’d like to bundle my service and bring over 3 lines from att. However, if this is the only way of being able to communicate with an agent, then I think I’ll pass. This is ridiculous.
