I’m new to Xfinity and I’ve always heard back things about customer service. I work fully remote from home and the wifi box doesn’t work. They can’t get anyone here until another day or so. They said sorry nothing we can do we’ll explain. That to me new job. Waited for 45 min then got zero help. Prior to this i tried to go talk to an agent online and it connected me 3 times to new agents having to start my conversation all over again. Currently shopping around for other wifi networks but I do not recommend coming to Xfinity
