Horrible technician service

Recently moved and was told I was able to switch over no problem all they had to do is send out a technician to run a line to my house… I’ve dealt with 4 technicians and every single one either tells me “ I can’t do it I’ll have to send for help” or say they showed up but never do… I have 3 children and a son with special needs and I feel like this is ridiculous.. I called customer service and have been more than patient with everyone and NO ONE can solve this issue or is truly even trying. I will most likely have to find another service provider if this next appointment doesn’t work out
