Horrible services

Not only horrible customer service every time you call (all scripts, no listening to customers), do NOT depend on their retention people to come to the rescue.  They were worse and didn’t care a bit.   They did the opposite of what I asked cause their motivation was to get rid of my legacy service at a great deal.  I told them to review the recorded call and share it with me and they won’t.  They initiated a case for my appeal and said they’d get with me asap.  Guess what, months later and NOBODY has gotten back to me on the case.  So, here we go.  I’m hitting every social media influencer, websites and we’ll make this well known.  I will research and advise on best services to assemble to ditch this uncaring company.  Let’s go.
