HORRIBLE SERVICE
Hello - I would like to provide feedback. I recently switched to Xfinity in March. It has been quite literally one of the worst experiences of my life.
I’ve had multiple service interruptions causing significant loss of time at work because I work from home, missed deadlines, wasted food from people not being able to come over to watch football.
Thennnn I try to reach out to customer support and get hung up on by your agent via chat. I finally call and speak to a lady who was nice but xfinities answer was to give me $21 compensation?!?! That is absolutely ridiculous. I am out 100s if not 1000s of dollars due to missed work and missed phone calls.
I would greatly appreciate further compensation for the frustration and loss. If not, we will be switching back to AT&T. I would rather pay more money for my service and have something that works and a customer service team who actually values their customers. Xfinity has proved they do not care about their customers or products.
note I also had someone call me to do a survey about my HORRIBLE chat experience. He listened and said thanks have a good day. WHAT?!?! There is no escalation process for unhappy customers?!
completely unacceptable and I am highly disappointed.
