Horrible service
I’ve had Xfinity for over 20 years. During the past 6-months my Internet service has been horrible. Signal drops several times a day and the router needs to be reset several times a day. I’ve replaced the router 2-3 times and still have this problem. Xfinity service center in Schaumburg Illinois says they are aware of the problem and tech’s are looking into the matter — they show 75-customers are affected, and the complaints are extensive. But I’m getting tired of paying $250 a month for [Edited: "Language"] intermittent service. I pay for the fastest internet service Xfinity offers, but typically only receive 40-100mb of speed. Can someone PLEASE contact me so I can register my complaint and get someone’s attention to this problem.
