Horrible Service

If you want to be lied to and ignored then by all means go with Xfinity. It is almost impossible to get a human when something goes wrong and when you do they are probably in another country. A Service Technician showed up yesterday (which I did not call) and unhooked cable from pole and left.Spent the rest of day calling trying to get someone to come back and just hook cable back to pole. Xfinity assistance doesn’t understand anything, it is an absolute joke. Finally get the first actual person who tells us a tech will be out between 5-7 and never shows. Call back get another actual person and they tell me to sit by phone a service tech is going to call, NEVER CALLED! They need some good competition and we deserve better service.

user_caf97j I am so incredibly sorry to hear about your experience. What you've described sounds incredibly frustrating, and I completely understand why you feel this way. It's truly unacceptable to be without service, especially after dealing with unexpected disconnections and then being told a technician would come or call, only for them not to. We absolutely don't want you to feel ignored or lied to, and I want to do everything I can to help get this resolved for you.

I can certainly look into why a technician was at your home yesterday and why your service was disconnected. More importantly, I want to work with you to get your service reconnected as quickly as possible. To do that, please send me a direct message with your full name and service address. Once I have that, I'll dive into your account details and figure out the best way to ensure your service is restored.

I'm here to help, and I'll do my best to make sure this is sorted out for you.
