Horrible service sign up
All I wanted to do was sign up for Xfinity Internet. I filled everything out, entered my credit card, picked a date — free equipment, free install, 1-gig service.
Then their system kicked me out. Every time I went back, it sent sign-in codes that never worked. Five tries. All “not valid.”
I had to switch browsers and start over, and suddenly they want $100 for installation. Customer service was useless and started asking about how many TVs I have — which doesn’t matter because I only want internet.
If it’s this hard just to sign up, I can’t imagine how bad it’ll be after. I’m sticking with T-Mobile.
