Horrible Service & Incorrect Status Updates

We lost service due to severe weather May 16th, it’s been over 10 days and still do not have internet or TV!! Our neighbors that have AT&T had their services return when power was restored. Xfinity continues to provide inaccurate updates, and if you can finally get someone on the phone they are completely incompetent. Avoid Xfinity if you value your sanity.
