Horrible service experienced
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received regarding my account. I spoke with six different representatives through Xfinity chat, and several of them specifically assured me that they had finalized and completed the changes I was requesting. I relied on those statements, only to later discover that nothing had actually been completed. When I finally spoke with a representative by phone, I was told that the chat agents had been dishonest and were simply telling me things to get me off the chat rather than properly assisting me. Hearing that from an Xfinity employee was both shocking and unacceptable.
As a customer, I expect accurate information, honesty, and accountability. Instead, I was repeatedly given misinformation, led to believe my issue had been resolved, and forced to spend additional time trying to correct the situation. What is even more frustrating is that after speaking with multiple representatives and spending countless hours trying to resolve this matter, I still was not helped and my issue remained unresolved. I am deeply disappointed and embarrassed by this experience and the way I was treated. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed, that the chat interactions be investigated, and that appropriate action be taken regarding the misleading information I was provided. Given the significant inconvenience, wasted time, and poor customer service I experienced.
