Horrible service at home but customer care and its app is so bad that we cant reach out to anyone

affected by severe outages from last two months and been trying to schedule a technician appointment to check why the service keeps dropping. I am at thispoint keen on dropping xifnity if this continues.

Thanks for posting on our Community Forums, user_8t78kj. I'm sorry to hear you've been experiencing intermittent connectivity due to interruptions. Are these interruptions being reported on our Xfinity App or Support Center Page? Or are you randomly getting disconnected without a notice online?

Randomly getting disconnected every half hour. Xfinity App is not helpful and does not let me connect to a customer service agent or schedule a technician appointment. This is getting horrible by the day
