Horrible service all around

I am tired of the way customer service behaves, is like they are trained to tire customer out until customer gives up and leaves the chat, it’s frustrating every time, they keep me on the chat for over an hour, supposedly trying to help, then they go silent then a new agent comes to the line then you have to start all over and wait again another hour, then they go silent again, they just play with people’s time and disrespect customers, hopefully soon i can finally get rid of xfinity for good
