Horrible rate increase

122% internet rate hike after falling out of my promotion.  Offered a 100% rate increase after mentioning they would bring down my internet speed since I wasn’t even using half of my current plan’s speed.  When one person household cannot afford to double their internet cost solution was to either “send an iPod” in which I’d get a $40 credit to use toward the cost or “add a mobile line” for the same credit so I’d end up STILL paying the same rate with added services I DO NOT NEED from Comcast.
