Horrible - horrible company and customer service
I have been a comcast customer for 30+ years. Each experience with customer service over the past 10 yeas has been aggravating to the point that I have recently decided to leave comcast and go with another ISP. Their pricing structures only apply to new customers. I had one customer service representative actually tell me to close the account and open a new one to get the discounted rates. Customer retention is not an interest, however drawing in new "suckers" is of great interest. In this way they can lock new customers into contracts that auto-refresh often at double the promotional offers. Their internet services are slow and deplorable with out dated technology, bring you own device (Modem/Router) is the only smart play. However, be aware that they will come after you for devices after closing that account that they say you have.....even if you have never has their equipment. Calling customer service is a waste of time, they say they will "Mark the account" but the pleadings continue after 3 months to return equipment that is not in existence. Lastly - they outsource all of their customer service overseas, it is often nearly impossible to understand the customer ser4vice folks that are trying their bests, but just don't have a firm grasp of the language.
