horrible customers

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share a concerning experience I had while serving Xfinity employees at Sullys in Hattiesburg, and I feel it is important to bring this to your attention.

Recently, I had the unfortunate experience of serving a group of Xfinity employees at Sullys in Hattiesburg on December 20th. During the course of my interaction with them, I was subjected to rude and disrespectful behavior, including cursing, demands for free items, not being able to handle the liquor they were drinking, and an overall dismissive attitude. As a loyal customer who uses Xfinity as my Wi-Fi provider, I found their conduct to be particularly disappointing and unprofessional.

While I understand that issues may arise in any setting, the behavior displayed was completely unacceptable. As a customer and a member of the service industry, I expect mutual respect and professionalism in all interactions, regardless of the situation. I have been serving for about 4 years now, and genuinely have never served such a rude and inconsiderate group of people.

I would appreciate it if you could address this issue internally, as such behavior does not reflect well on the company. I also hope steps will be taken to ensure that your employees understand the importance of treating others with courtesy, whether in a professional or personal setting. Otherwise, I unfortunately will change my wifi provider, due to the lack of respect I was given that day.

Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and resolution.
