Horrible customers service

I've been trying all day to speak to someone at your customer service line and either you guys are having technical difficulties or you're not open but my service is off and I'm trying to contact someone to make arrangements for to get on temporarily this is an inconvenience you're making me want to go to your competitive Verizon because at this point your customer service [Edited: "Language"]
