Horrible customer service
My experience with Omar was one the WROST I’ve ever experienced in my life. I came to pick up equipment, gave all my information. He then proceeded to ask me what I was picking up. I told him a modem. He then proceeded to ask what was the name of the modem? I replied I don’t know isn’t my information in front of you? He then made all these hand gestures and said “im not doing this today” WALKED off. He started yelling saying I’m rude, I’m yelling back telling at him he needs to do his job. He then proceeds to call the police, they came and of course nothing happened. Another person ended up doing their job and looking in the system and seeing which product I was picking up, which is all Omar had to do!!!! Very unprofessional. Should not work face to face with customers. I asked for a manager and was denied! Asked for the store number and was denied. I will be following up with this incident. I’m almost certain he started recording me after I was provoked by his absolute RUDENESS.
