Horrible Customer Service

Does anyone have good experiences with this company? My phone was damaged a week ago and since then, I have gone to 4 stores, talked to 17 customer service reps, been charged $600, and had hours an hours of my time wasted; oh and still no phone. I actually lost a job I needed due to no phone. A phone was SUPPOSED to arrive today, but the tracking numbers are invalid and apparently there's an outage so I can't even talk to support (I only have a computer because they refuse to give me a phone). When I do try to call, I get sent in circles of "do you want to make a payment?" over and over and over no matter what I say or do. I don't want to give this company another dime of my money and will be canceling all services as soon as possible. Great treatment after being a customer for almost 20 years. What a joke of a business.

Hi there, @user_whqpg6 I’m really sorry you’ve had to go through all of that it sounds incredibly frustrating and exhausting. Dealing with a damaged phone is stressful on its own, and having to visit multiple stores, speak to so many reps, be charged unexpectedly, and still not have a resolution is beyond disappointing. It’s especially tough hearing that this has impacted something as important as a job opportunity that’s not something anyone should have to experience. I can completely understand why you feel let down after being a loyal customer for so long. Can you please send me a DM with your full first and last name along with your full service address so

that I can get your concerns escalated.
