Horrible customer service

Called xfinity customer service and the service representative that I spoke to was no help at all just kept trying to put us on a promotion I said it multiple times I dont want it and I would like my mother's internet fixed please and he kept going back to her internet speed and the promotion when I asked for a manager he instantly said he was the manager and wouldn't transfer me to anyone else and I asked please put me on hold I would not like to speak to him anymore and he told me that was not possible to speak to anyone else I would ha ve to hang up and call back and wait another 35 minutes to speak to someone. We are probably going to switch to another provider after this review.
