Horrible customer service.
Multiple hang ups, everyone we talk to can't even do their jobs. Finally getting asked about my full SSDD. When has that been a thing I can see the last 4 like most companies, but not the whole thing. Not the first sketchy thing that has been done to us by this company. They still have not resolved my issue with the activation of my phone. Comcast used to be a good company, now you get people faking to be managers over seas....
