Horrible customer service

I am moving states and wanted to move my service I’ve had since 2015. For two hours I was passed around from person to person ( who sounded like robots) finally I got one person who said I absolutely had to upgrade to move and upgraded me without asking for my approval. 3 hours in I just ended up canceling my service. Horrible experience

No. You guys lost my business. Horrible service I will never use you guys again. And I will tell my entire family to stop using you guys as well.

I will be pretty upset myself if my service of 10 years was cancelled, but if you allow me to I believe I can turn this horror story around for you @user_96fmot
