Horrible customer service
my bill is wrong and I’ve been trying to reach a live agent since yesterday and all I’m getting is the AI and being kept on hold for hours! As a customer this is not how I wanna be treated at a place where I spend my hard earned money at. Won’t be with xfinity for long and I’ll make sure to share my with the general public on my socials!
