Horrible customer service

I hate xfinity. Horrible customer service. Horrible website. Can’t even access billing in website. They charge way too much. But where am I supposed to go for internet. Xfinity has a monopoly.

To get a better idea of the issues you've been having, is the picture freezing when watching sporting events through any particular streaming service and have you noticed if it occurs when watching any other programs?
