HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I can’t tell you how long I’ve been trying to get a live agent to speak with. It is INSANE the treatment you put customers through to get a HUMAN on the phone. The customer service for Xfinity is progressively getting WORSE and there’s no care about it! PROVIDE ME A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER WITH AN ACTUAL HUMAN I CAN SPEAK WITH!

Good afternoon user_unnd8r. I can certainly assist you. One of my favorite ways to get in touch if I need assistance is through the Xfinity App. If you are using our Xfinity App, you can go to the Xfinity Assistant and type in Request Callback or Schedule Callback. Upon doing that it should generate a few departments for you to choose from, and then you receive a callback from one of us within a 15-minute window. If you would like assistance here, we are also happy to assist.
