Horrible Customer service
I have been a customer for 16 years and even more and I have experience the worst customer service ever I have been on the phone with Xfinity for more than six hours of my life every single day trying to get one issue resolved. I need someone from the corporate office to contact me back every customer service representative that I speak with is incompetent. They always say oh we have to put in an escalation to get a supervisor that takes 24 to 48 hours for a supervisor to call you back and the supervisor never calls back. They say oh I only work in the Internet department. I have to transfer you over to the mobile department and then when they transfer you, they say oh I can’t warm transfer you. I have the cold transfer you so I have to explain my situation over and over and over again, which leads to me being on the phone for more than two hours each day out of my time for nothing to get resolved. How dare you treat a customer who has auto pay set up that has been with you guys for 16 years like this you get my money every single month for Internet services and mobile services and I’m getting treated horribly. I need someone from Xfinity executive office to reach back out to me immediately. It seems like I can’t get anything done with customer service. I’m not sure if you guys have a QA department and how the business is being ran, but the customer service lacks compassion, empathy, and overall transparency nobody has a consistent experience at customer service and I say to myself why do I stay but there’s always someone that’s willing to go above and beyond that should be with every customer service representative when you speak to supervisors they are also incompetent. I need someone higher up to look at my account overall in general. I need someone to pull all calls and chat messages on my account.
