Horrible Customer Service

I have been tortured by the King of Prussia store and xfinity chat trying to upgrade my daughter's phone, then correcting the issue.  There is literally no where to register a complaint for the loss of 10 hours of my life.  These companies know they can do what they want.  Does anyone have a direct contact?
